There is so much more to do at Okemo, besides skiing and riding. From snowshoeing and nordic skiing at the Okemo Valley Nordic Center, to recreating or exercise at the Pool & Fitness Center, having a massage, or playing a round of indoor golf. Okemo also has a video arcade located at the Jackson Gore Inn, movie nights on Saturdays during the ski season, and s'mores making available at the Coleman Brook Tavern. Back outside you can enjoy snow tubing, wagon rides, moonlight snowshoe tours, or just a relaxing seat by the bonfire.

You step out into the cold night air, stars twinkling overhead. The headlights of your diesel-powered, all-terrain-tracked snow cat "carriage," pierce the darkness and cast a yellow glow on the expansive snow-covered ski trails ahead. So starts Okemo Mountain Resort's Snow Cat Dinner Experience.
After settling into a seat with your dining companion the engine rumbles and the gears engage, coaxing you gently into the comfort of the seat back. Soon, the golden glow of light from trailside homes comes into view en route to epic, Okemo's eclectic mountainside restaurant for a five course candlelit meal prepared especially for you by Chef Craig Cornell. When you're fully satiated and warmed to the core from the fire, it's time to make the trek back to Jackson Gore. The snow cat awaits you in the crisp winter night, to take you on your journey back along the snowy trails.
Excursions have ended for the 2009/2010 season. Departure from the Jackson Gore Inn lobby is scheduled for 6:30, 7 & 7:30 pm.
