9th Annual RIVERSWEEP |

Check in 1st at one of the BRAT Headquarters - Springfield at the Citizens Bank drive-up in Springfield Shopping Plaza or in Ludlow at the Gazebo on the town green. Pick up work gloves, trash bags and refreshments! All ages are welcome!
Come back to HQ for your free "thank you" t-shirt & goodies, drop off your bags (or truckloads) of trash, let us know what you found and relax with some delicious lunch from area restaurants. This event is being done in conjunction with the Connecticut River Watershed Council's annual Source-to-Sea cleanup, Take Pride in America Program and the American Rivers' National River Cleanup Week. |

The Civil War Expo |

Participants will include the 18th VT regiment, with both Confederate and Union re-enactors, Champlain Valley Historical Society reenactors, President Abe Lincoln, and his wife, an artillery unit with period canons, plus exhibitors, food vendors, a regimental band and more. |
