If you are thinking about a trip with a group of friends, family or co-workers, Okemo has you covered. All details of your group planning and on-site transactions are coordinated on a personalized basis. We'll even deliver your lift ticket packages to your Okemo Valley area inn or hotel and coach drivers receive complimentary "OKEMONEY" certificates good for breakfast or lunch when you arrive here on the mountain. 

Okemo's base area facilities are all centrally located and easy to negotiate, making your group logistics even easier. Here at Okemo, we strive to show you and your group the "Okemo difference" every time you visit - it's just our way of making you feel at home while you are with us.

What it takes to be a group (20 is your magic number)

• Group lift tickets and related programs (racing, ice skating, nordic, etc...) must be purchased at a minimum of 20 tickets beginning the same day
• One complimentary lift ticket will be earned after every 20 group lift tickets purchased, for that start date
• The group leader (one member) is responsible for the original transaction and the distribution of all lift tickets and all adjustments, additions, and returns
• All group ticket, rental and lesson group transactions will take place in the Group Sales Center
• As soon as you have selected a date(s) for your trip(s) please give us a call and let us know you are coming
• For group reservations please contact the Group Sales Center at least 48 hours in advance, with a product count and the most updated ticket order
• Reservations for rental equipment and all group lessons are required. All lesson registration and rental counts are required at least 7 days in advance of your trip. Okemo can not guarantee availability of group lessons and/or rental equipment without advance notice

• Ticket Delivery: Whether you decide to stay in one of Okemo’s slopeside lodging properties or at one of Okemo Valley’s Inns, Hotels, or B&B’s, we are happy to package and deliver your lift tickets, lessons and rental vouchers for your arrival. Advance reservations and purchase are required.
• Easy to Get Around: Okemo's base area facilities are all central and easy to negotiate, streamlining group logistics and services.
• Order Changes are Easy: If your order changes, we’ve got you covered. Simply return unused tickets, lessons, and rental vouchers to the Sales Center before noon on the day of purchase for a full refund.
• Everyone on Your Bus Counts: Each motorcoach driver will receive complimentary "OKEMONEY" certificates good for breakfast or lunch when they arrive here on the mountain.

Group Sales Office Locations:

All group ticket, lesson and rental transactions take place in the Okemo Sales Center, which is located within our motor coach drop off area in the first parking lot on the right at the top of the Okemo Mountain Access Road. Follow the posted signs for Tour Buses.
