ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - PURCHASING
Part -Time Winter
Our Building Maintenance department is seeking a detail oriented individual to join our team. Responsibilities include purchasing supplies and equipment, completing purchase orders and act as a liaison between condominium owners to include billing of repairs, tracking of work orders and supplies. Bookkeeping, strong mathematical skills and computer experience required. Excel, Word, Access, SMS Host and J.D. Edwards software knowledge a plus. This is a Part-Time Winter position from 4:00 p.m. - 10 :00 p.m. including weekends and holidays.
SKI PATROL/FIRST AID REGISTERED NURSE Full-Time Winter
A Full-Time mid-week (Monday - Friday) Registered Nurse position is available for the 2008-2009 winter season in our Ski Patrol department. Responsibilities include assessing patients, providing patient treatment and referring patients for further medical evaluation. Requirements include current Vermont Nursing license and ACLS . Previous nursing experience required. Volunteer positions also available.
ASSISTANT DAY CARE MANAGERS/HEAD TEACHERS
Full-Time Winter
Okemo's state licensed day care centers have openings for Assistant Managers and Head Teachers. Responsibilities include assisting the Manager with the operation and evaluation of the facility, providing a pleasant, safe and clean environment suitable for children, interviewing, training, evaluating and scheduling employees and compliance with all state regulations. A minimum of two years working with groups of children and an Associates or Child Development Associates degree required. Candidates must meet state requirements for this position and have at least 1 year of supervising experience. This is a full-time winter position.
