Our largest banquet facilities can accommodate up to 375 guests while our small meeting rooms can serve groups of 12-15 very comfortably. Browse the summaries below beginning with our largest facilities first.

The Roundhouse Located at the Jackson Gore Inn Minimum number of guests: 50 Maximum number of guests: 300 Okemo's newest banquet facility is also our largest, offering 5,800 square feet of space for your reception or special event. It boasts a very unique multi-level octagonal-shaped banquet facility. The inviting atmosphere with large windows overlooking the newest base area of the mountain, its stone hearth fireplace and ample space make it very popular for large parties. The mezzanine level also offers the perfect location for hors d'oeuvre receptions and spectacular mountain views. This facility is handicap accessible.

The Great Room Located in the Okemo Clocktower Base Lodge Minimum number of guests: 100 Maximum number of guests: 375 Located in the original base area of the resort, The Great Room is one of our largest private facilities measuring 4,600 square feet. The space is fully carpeted with windows that offer a spectacular view of the base of the mountain. If you have a large group, this space offers the perfect mountain lodge setting. The Great Room is also handicap accessible.

The Cornerstone Room Located at the Jackson Gore Inn Minimum number of guests: 10 Maximum number of guests: 70 This banquet facility is the perfect location for small corporate meetings or gatherings. The meeting space can be arranged in various room layouts including u-shaped, classroom, boardroom, theatre style and more. It has also been recently equipped with state of the art audio and video equipment. Food service is available and this facility is handicap accessible.

ePIC Located in Solitude Village Minimum number of guests: 50 Maximum number of guests: 150 Newly renovated for the 2006/2007 season, this setting is modern and unique. It offers 3,000 square feet of space and is located in Solitude Village area. ePIC boasts wonderful views, an open and contemporary feel with cathedral ceilings, a circular fireplace, lounge with full bar, and central air conditioning. A perfect mountain-side spot for mid-sized events. This facility is handicap accessible.

The Sugar House Located Mid-Mountain Minimum number of guests: 50 Maximum number of guests: 160 The Sugar House offers the ultimate picturesque mountain location and offers 3,200 square feet of private space. A large deck with awning wraps the front of the house and overlooks the entire Okemo Valley. The views are incredible. The deck can comfortably accommodate 150 seated guests. The interior room is L-shaped and offers a fully carpeted space that is brightly lit with lots of natural light through many windows. This facility is ideal for mid-sized events. Due to its mid-mountain location, this facility is not handicap accessible.

The Sitting Bull Restaurant & Bar Located in the Okemo Base Lodge Minimum number of guests: 50 Maximum number of guests: 150 The Sitting Bull Restaurant & Bar is a fun location offering 3,500 square feet of private space. The facility is L-shaped, fully carpeted, with many large windows overlooking the Okemo Base Area. One of the highlights of this facility is a lounge equipped with a full bar on the mezzanine level. This room is perfect for mid-sized functions and is handicap accessible.

Willie Dunn's Grille Located at the Okemo Valley Golf Club Maximum number of guests: 110 Willie Dunn's Grille offers a very pleasing atmosphere with spectacular views and air conditioning. The facility is available for early morning breakfast meetings and banquets during the winter months. During the warmer months, the facility offers a beautiful garden terrace overlooking the 18th hole with great views of Okemo Mountain. The terrace is available for functions during the spring, summer and fall months. This facility is handicap accessible.

The Gold Room Located at the Okemo Valley Golf Club Maximum number of guests: 40 The Gold Room is an elegant indoor setting overlooking the 18th green with air conditioning and full food service. It is great for private functions or family gatherings. The Gold Room also boasts an outdoor patio during the summer months that offers spectacular views of the mountain. This facility is handicap accessible.
