BAKER
Full-Time Winter
Responsibilities include baking breakfast muffins, pastries, cookies, pies, brownies and krispies, clean ovens and keep baking area clean. This position requires experience with high volume baking, ability to operate a convection oven, mixer and make recipe variations.

LEVEL I ACCOUNTANT 
Full-Time Year-Round
Okemo Mountain Resort is seeking an individual to review the general ledger and expense account detail for a multi-company environment. Responsibilities include maintaining records of fixed assets and depreciation, monthly controls related to inventory and cost analysis, filing of all corporate excise taxes, daily credit card bank reconciliations and related controls.  The ideal candidate will have an Associates Degree in Accounting, two years related experience, strong data entry, math, typing, calculator skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.  This is a full-time year-round position including benefits.  To apply, complete and submit an application with resume to Okemo Mountain Resort, Human Resources.

ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR 
Full-Time Year-Round
Okemo Mountain Resort is seeking an individual to assist with journal entry calculations, postings to the general ledger, all aspects of accounts receivable, maintaining balance sheet controls, bank account and accounts payable vendor statement reconciliations.  The ideal candidate will have an Associates degree in Accounting or comparable experience, data entry, math, typing, calculator skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. RENTAL/REPAIR SHOP ASSISTANT MANAGER
Full-Time Winter
Okemo Mountain Resort has an opening for an Assistant Manager at our Rental and Repair Shop responsible for cash accounting, daily reconciliation and risk management of the department in addition to assisting with the interviewing, training and hiring of employees.  The ideal candidate will have experience with cash accounting, word processing and spreadsheets. The ability to perform any task in the Rental/Repair Shop including binding adjustments, binding/ski/snowboard/boot repair and system trouble shooting and binding certification is required. Two years of previous management or supervisory experience is preferred.  This is a full-time winter position beginning mid October.

JACKSON GORE PROMOTIONAL AGENT
Full-Time Winter

Okemo’s Jackson Gore Real Estate department is looking for enthusiastic individuals to promote the
lifestyle and benefits of home ownership at Okemo’s Jackson Gore.  The ideal candidates will be very outgoing, possess poise and self confidence. Responsibilities include guest interaction while staffing the promotion kiosks, the accountability and maintenance of guest vouchers, attending real estate events, opening and closing of promotional kiosks and reporting daily promotional progress to the Real Estate Marketing Manager.  Excellent guest service and communication skills are required, previous sales and/or guest service experience preferred. Ability to access all areas of the mountain in all types of weather is required. The compensation for this position offers a generous bonus structure.

ASSISTANT DAY CARE MANAGERS/HEAD TEACHERS
Full-Time Winter

Okemo’s state licensed day care centers have openings for Assistant Managers and Head Teachers.  Responsibilities include assisting the Manager with the operation and evaluation of the facility, providing a pleasant, safe and clean environment suitable for children, interviewing, training, evaluating and scheduling employees and compliance with all state regulations. Candidates must meet state requirements for this position and have at least 1 year of supervising experience.  This is a full-time winter position. 

MANAGER IN TRAINING PROGRAM
Full-Time Winter
The Manager In Training Program has been developed to train management candidates in the many facets of the resort industry, including finance, human resources, marketing, hotel operations, golf operations and more. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of a resort, hotel, recreation or hospitality program who is looking for a great opportunity to sharpen their classroom skills in a live environment.  Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness and flexibility to learn the many facets of a resort business.  The duration of the program is approximately 8-10 months beginning in the fall.  Applications must be accompanied by a resume and letters of reference from professors and past or current employers. Internal candidates must also submit a letter of recommendation from their current manager.

SNOW REPORTER/MARKETING VIDEOGRAPHER
Full-Time Winter
Responsibilities include the creation of daily snow report scripts, voice and web site snow updates, taking and posting the "Photo of the Day", video acquisition & pre-production,tracking projects, clerical duties, and other related marketing projects. Experience with digital camcorder and editing software required.  Must be willing to work early morning hours. Qualifications include an operating knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.  Ability to ski/snowboard at an advanced level necessary. Previous experience in an office environment strongly encouraged.  This position begins November 1.

GROUP SALES COORDINATOR
Full -Time Winter

The Group Sales Coordinator is involved with daily operations of the Group Sales Center including opening and closing procedures, ticketing and accurate payment collection and cash-out procedures. In addition, the coordinator will be responsible for inbound and outbound sales calls to secure group business, book and coordinate group lodging needs, and attend retail shows and club/corporate/group functions. Some day and overnight travel required. Experience required includes a knowledge of accounting procedures including strong math skills, the ability to make quick and accurate decisions in a fast paced environment and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of database management and lodging reservation systems a plus. 1 year of resort sales experience and a college degree in business or experience in a related sales field preferred. This position will begin in early-August and requires the ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate or higher level.

GROUP SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Full-Time Winter

The Sales Representative is involved with daily group ticketing operations, group reservations, and administrative work. Experience required includes excellent communications by phone, voice and written correspondence, as well as strong computer and mathematical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required and knowledge of ACT! a plus.
