The Book Nook's non-fiction book club will read and discuss Candice Millard's tale of madness and medicine DESTINY OF THE REPUBLIC. Ride up Okemo's Mountain Road, a great 5.8 mile ride from Jackson Gore to the summit of the mountain. Registration is limited to the first 250 riders. Registration is available at https://www.bikereg.com/Net/18806 The BUMPS (Bike Up the Mountain Points Series) is the only series of its kind in America – a series that recognizes the talents of riders who do the hardest thing in cycling, climb steep hills. The series comprises ten races on nine mountains of the Northeast, on courses of varying lengths and pitches.
