The Jackson Gore Music Series Enters its 6th Year!
This summer’s music series promises to be the best yet. Imagine sitting under the evening sky, kids bopping around to awesome music, cool beverages, and enjoying all that is summer in Vermont.
That’s what the Jackson Gore Music Series brings to you every weekend. This year kicks off with the Friends of Sandra Wright Tribute on June 12th. This is a ticketed event and pays homage to the late Sandra Wright (a frequent artist to the Jackson Gore Music Series).
The Friday night series begins June 25th with the band Twiddle which is a local favorite. Other well-known names include Dr. Burma, the Sly Geralds and the Sim Redmond Band. Hey, have you ever wondered what the TV show "Scrubs"

There is Always Something New and Different
We are continually thinking up new and different things to do here at Jackson Gore. Given the proper amount of imagination, a bicycle "pump track" is now in place at Jackson Gore, just above the Bixby House. A pump track is a series of rolling bumps and swales and banked corners. The idea is to use your speed and pressure on the bicycle to develop your own momentum. Any way you look at it, it’s great fun, and is now open to our guests and owners!
The pump track joins some of our other fun amenities here at Jackson Gore like Hiking, The Maples Disc Golf Course, and our championship golf course at Okemo Valley.
Camp Gokemo Defines Kid Fun for Summer
Whether your family is here for the week or just a weekend, the kids will definitely want to check out Camp Gokemo. Operating six days a week (closed Sundays), campers ages 6 months through 13 years will enjoy Vermont summertime fun with daily indoor and outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and a different theme each week. Day care for the younger set, and a day camp for the “more mature audience” of 5 – 13 year olds. There is a full slate of guided and supervised activities for all of our young guests. Find out more!

Okemo is developing a new four-season mascot based on the Vermont State animal the Catamount or 'cat of the mountain'.
