3. What position should I apply for at Okemo Mountain Resort?

In many ways Okemo is like a small town.  We have many departments, all doing very different kinds of work.  Give thought to the following questions before applying and interviewing for a position:

  • Do I enjoy being inside or outside?
  • Do I enjoy interacting with other people or do I prefer being behind the scenes?
  • Do I want to work days? Nights? Full-time? Part-time?
  • Do I have specific skills that I hope to use in my job?

If you interview for a position, please be prepared to ask any questions you have related to the position or Okemo in general.

Please check our job postings listed on the employment page for updated employment opportunities throughout the season. Full-time year round positions will be listed under the highlighted employment opportunities section and classified as such.

An online application is located under both employment opportunities sections. Please note all applicable fields must be completed when submitting the online application.  When submitting a resume it is necessary to complete the employment section of the application, please do not "refer to resume."  A resume submittal is not considered in place of the employment application.  After answering the questions simply press the submit button. All online applications go directly to the Human Resources Department where they are processed.

If you prefer to have an application sent to you, either e-mail the Human Resources Department at jobs@okemo.com or call 802-228-4041 to have an application mailed to the address you provide.
